Midland, North Carolina - Theresa Mary Ward, 91, a former longtime Hyde Park resident, died November 17, 2021, in Concord, North Carolina.     She had resided with her daughter, Deborah, in Midland for approximately four years.       Born December 29, 1929, in Poughkeepsie, she was the daughter of Fred and Viola Palmer Relyea.        Theresa was a cashier at the former Grand Union grocery store in Hyde Park for twenty-five years. She retired in 1993.        On January 4, 1948, in Highland, she married Clifford R. Ward. Mr. Ward predeceased her on November 19, 2009.         Survivors include her daughter, Deborah A. Troublefield, and husband, Larry, of Midland; son, Kenneth Ward, of Hyde Park; four grandchildren, Brian Murphy (Jessie) of Kingston, Todd Murphy (Sophia) of Kingston, Christopher Murphy (Mihaela) of Arizona, and Tracy Murphy of Poughkeepsie; three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.       In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Robert C. Ward. In keeping with her wishes, there are no calling hours.       Graveside services and burial will be at 10AM on Tuesday November 23rd in the family plot at Crum Elbow Cemetery, Hyde Park.       Theresa's family respectfully requests memorial donations to the Dutchess County SPCA, 636 Violet Ave., Hyde Park, NY 12538.
