It is with great sadness we announce the loss of a great woman. On March 17th 2023, Terri Simoniette gained her wings.

Terri Simoniette, 69, left us unexpectedly while at Vassar Brothers Hospital surrounded by her family. Terri was a long-time resident of Poughkeepsie, NY. She worked at CareMount/Optum for over 30 years. She will be missed by many.

Terri is now with her mother, father, and older sister. She is survived by her three children; Jeff, Kim, and Jennifer, Six grandchildren; Alissa, Mike, Ryan, Alexis, Brandon, Cody (Kaitlynn). Her four great grandchildren; Adalyn, Dominic, Lyla, and Eliyanah. Her younger sister Lori and her long-time partner Robert.

Terri devoted her life to her family. Her spirit will live on in our hearts and memories. We all love and miss you Nema.
