Susan Gayz ,56, of Staatsburg died on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at home with her family by her side. Born, September 3, 1965, in Mt. Vernon. Daughter of the late Walter "Wally' and Patricia Gayz. Susie worked for the Poughkeepsie School District as an Administrative Assistant where she was well liked and respected. She is survived by her two sisters, Patricia McAnaney and Kathleen Otis, of Staatsburg and her husband Philip Otis. She is also survived by her niece Katrina Otis and fiance Cameron Harris; her nephew Joshua Otis and wife Kayla. Along with her parents she was also predeceased by her brother Walter Gayz Jr. on October 21, 1990. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10Am on Thursday March 31st, at Regina Coeli Church, 2 Harvey St., Hyde Park, NY 12538.
