Stephan W. Hunt, age 38, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 4th, 2022, in Knoxville, TN. He was a beloved member of Grace Baptist Church in Knoxville. Stephan "Steve" was born on February 2, 1984, in Poughkeepsie, NY. He graduated from FDR High School in 2002. He was best known for his smile that could light up any room and his sense of humor. Steve was predeceased by his mother, Linda Hunt; paternal grandparents, William and Harriet Hunt; and maternal grandparents, Marvin and Mary Zeitz. Steve is survived at home by his two children, Aidan and Hailey Hunt; and their mother, Tara Keaveny of Beekman, NY; his father, David C. Hunt Sr. of Hyde Park, NY; his brothers, David C. Hunt Jr. (wife Nicole) of Hyde Park and Brian T. Hunt (wife Heather) of Kent, CT; his uncles, William B. Hunt (wife Katherine) of Ancram, NY, Daniel B. Hunt of Hyde Park, and Richard Elderkin (wife Wendi) of Tampa Bay, FL; his fiancée, Stephanie Freer of Knoxville, TN; as well as several cousins, a niece, and three nephews. Cremation has taken place. Graveside services and burial of Steve's ashes will take place at 10 AM, Friday, May 6th at Union Cemetery, 1076 Violet Ave., Hyde Park. Pastor Rick Murray will officiate.
