Robert John Lundell, age 31, of Hyde Park, NY broke free of his earthly demons on Monday, February 27, 2023, with family by his side. He was born in Rhinebeck, NY on April 18, 1991. He was the oldest child of Beth Craft of Hyde Park and William Lundell of Poughkeepsie NY.

Robert attended Stissing Mountain High School in Pine Plains and Dutchess Community College. He excelled at mathematics and reading. He was well known to be seen book in hand and he passed his love of reading and art on to his children. Robert enjoyed debating modern day economics and had an unconventional approach to living in today's society.

He was a collector of stamps and coins, a hobby passed down to him from his grandfather. He inherited a love of gardening from his Father and his grandfather as well. Rob was an entrepreneur and a hard worker. He dabbled in many fields and had a special interest in buying and selling vintage memorabilia. When his son developed an interest in all things Joker, they became avid DC Comics experts together.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving sons Oliver of Hyde Park NY, and Noah of Pawling NY, his adoring brother Joseph Michael of Poughkeepsie and his sister Grace Leggiere (Gage Minter) of Hyde Park, his nieces Sofia and Isabella Minter, as well as many Aunts Uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his beloved Grandfather, Eric Lundell.

The family would like to thank his cousins Sherry and Christopher Lundell who tried to help Rob find his way, and to recognize especially his Aunt Mary Van Keuren who loved him like her own.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
