Richard D. Clavin Jr. (AKA Richy), Age 32, Former resident of Hyde Park NY. Born December 22, 1989, to Richard and Lori-Ann Clavin of Hyde Park, NY. He was the 1st born of 5 children. He was a graduate of FDR High School, Class of 09. A resident of W. Sacramento, California for the past 12yrs.
He was an Armed Security Officer with Committed Elite Response Team (CERT) and All City Patrol Services (ACPS). He was a proud American, who spoke passionately about his Country, preached his Constitutional Rights, listened to Political Talk Radio daily, as if listening to the Gospel. He loved his Catholic Faith, his Family, Friends, Fellow Officers, Reading, Researching and being informative to educate those he cared most about. He liked to keep his life private, hated social media, Fake News and the growing corruption of our Constitutional Rights, Liberties, and the pursuit of one to seek happiness in a country made to be free.
Richy (AKA "CLAVIN" to his fellow Officers) was a Man who always sought ways to better himself, was always reliable, who knew to be honest and to speak the truth, who loved many at distance and who took his Catholic Faith seriously.
He was loved by many. In addition to his beloved parents, Richard D. and Lori-Ann Clavin, he left this world leaving behind his siblings, Carole, Dennis, Sister-in-law Emily, Lisa, and Jimmy. His beloved niece and nephews; Isabella, Dillon, and Gabriel. He will be continually loved and remembered by His Grandfather Richard B. Shedden Sr., Grandparents Carole and Hank Streit, many uncles, aunts, numerous cousins, countless great cousins, and great-great cousins.
Richy was the 46th Grandchild of 89 on the Clavin side of the Family and the 1st Grandchild of 8 born on the Shedden side of the Family.
May he be greeted with open arms by loved ones who have entered into Eternal Rest within his lifetime; His Great Grandparents Curtis and Josephine Beavers, His Grandparents Jim and Elaine Clavin, His Uncle Jimmy Clavin, His Uncle Randy Knob, and His cousins Sebastian Kaza and Benjamin Clavin.
