Hyde Park - Mark Steven Polomik, 60, a lifelong Hyde Park resident, died unexpectedly at home on September 23, 2021.  Born March 24, 1961, in Poughkeepsie, he was the son of Albert F. and Eileen D. Marton Polomik.    A graduate of F. D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park, Mark worked as a Night Manager at the Stop & Shop grocery store in Wappingers Falls until his retirement.  In his younger years, he attended St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Hyde Park along with his family.  Mr. Polomik's hobbies included playing guitar and model railroading.  Mark is survived by his brother, Bob Polomik, and wife, Judy, of Pine Bush; brother, Al Polomik, of Newport, TN; and nephew, Tucker Polomik, of Syracuse.  Mark has been cremated and there will be no services at this time.  In lieu of flowers, Mark's family respectfully requests memorial donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
