Lorraine M. Timmons, 58, of Hyde Park, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Med. Center in Poughkeepsie. Born January 8th, 1963 in Queens, she was the daughter of the late John McGloin and Lois Roch McGloin.   Lorraine attended New York University, where she obtained her bachelor's degree.  After graduating she went on to work for IBM as a business systems analyst, for many years before working for CA Security and more recently Red Hat.  On May 3rd, 1986 in Saint Adalbert's Church, Staten Island, she married Ted Timmons.  Mr. Timmons survives at home.  Lorraine loved to travel and enjoyed a good book, mostly she enjoyed the time she spent traveling with Ted.  Along with her husband Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Ashley Timmons, sister, Andrea Rivera, and her three nephews, John, Joey, and Jason.  She is also survived by many extended family and friends.   Calling hours will be from 4 to 7pm on Thursday July 29th at Sweet's Funeral Home, Rte. 9 Hyde Park, NY 12538.  Cremation will follow, a memorial mass will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers Lorraine's family respectfully requests memorial donations to American Diabetes Association, P.O.
