HYDE PARK - Kim Marie Murray, 58, a lifelong area resident, passed away on March 9, 2025, at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck.

Born on September 4, 1966, in Hopewell, she was the daughter of the late Vincent J. and Joan B. (Bullion) Murray. Kim was a graduate of Ketcham High School.

She loved animals and enjoyed going to the beach. Kim was deemed a "sun worshipper" and could be found enjoying the sunshine whenever possible.

Before becoming disabled, Kim worked in retail and hospitality management, as well as private caregiving.

Survivors include her brothers; Bryan R. Bullion and wife, Patricia, of Fitchburg, Mass., Vincent W. Murray and wife, Lisa, of Red Hook, and Richard A. Murray and wife, Pauline, of New Hartford, NY; and several nieces and nephews, especially Myndee Murray, and Matthew and Michael Donohue.

She is also survived by her lifelong friend, Renee Shaw, and her son, Harry Shaw; and goddaughter, Ashlyn Shaw, and her two children, Ethyn and Rhysyn Shaw.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Darlene Ann Donohue.

In keeping with Kim's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
