Red Hook  Frank J. Saulpaugh, 94, of Red Hook, NY, died on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at The Baptist Home at Rhinebeck. Born on Monday, May 23, 1927, in Rhinebeck, NY, he was the son of the late Frank and Ellen Coy Saulpaugh.  Frank was a member of New Beginnings Church in Red Hook.   Frank is survived by his sister, Ellen Sherman, Rhinebeck; niece, Shirley J. Pfleider, Red Hook; niece, Betty Sherman, Ohio; niece, Doris Sherman, Missouri; nephew, Marshall Sherman, Jr., Livingston, NY; niece, Renee Tallmadge, Red Hook; nephew, Christopher Crandall; niece, Heather Pleider; niece, Barbara Robinson; nephew, Alex Nergelovic; niece, Jessica Sotiro; great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a nephew, Michael (Tallmadge) Sherman; niece, Delma Sherman Harris; brother-in-law, Marshall Sherman, Sr.  There are no calling hours.
