Eileen Nora Dellot, 82, of Wappingers Falls, died April 22, 2026, at home.

Born on June 16, 1943, in Poughkeepsie, she was the daughter of the late James Daniel Dellot and Alice Catherine Enright Dellot.

Eileen grew up attending St. Peter's Church when it was located on Mill Street in Poughkeepsie.

Known for her spirited personality, she was always looking for a good time and often found herself in a bit of mischief during her younger years. She loved cooking, coloring, and was happy to go on motorcycle rides when she was able to. It was the simple joys that brought her genuine happiness. She also delighted in telling people that her initials spelled "END," a bit of humor that perfectly captured her playful outlook on life. Eileen truly enjoyed living fully and freely.

She worked for Mid-Hudson Workshop for the Disabled, where she took pride in her work and the community around her.

In addition to her parents, Eileen was predeceased by her brother, John Dellot.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 4 PM to 6 PM at Sweet's Funeral Home,, 4365 Albany Post Road (Route 9), Hyde Park, NY 12538.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel, 185 Hudson View Drive, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.

Burial will take place in the family plot at St. Peter's Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
