Hyde Park - Deborah Lee Harris, 57, a longtime area resident, died Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at home. Ms. Harris worked for the New York State Office of Children and Family Services at the Highland Residential Facility for the past 10 years. Born in Mt. Kisco on July 15, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Margaret O'Dell Seymour. She is survived by a son, Robert Harris and wife, Renee, of Staatsburg; two brothers, John Seymour and wife, Debbie, of LaGrange, and Edward Seymour of New Jersey; a sister, Victoria Foulke of Mamaroneck.
