Audrey, a longtime resident of Stanfordville, NY passed onto heaven on September 1, 2021, at the Pines at Poughkeepsie Nursing Facility with her family by her side. She was born in Red Hook to the late Claude Teator and late Esther Palmatier Teator.On March 15, 1947, she married the late William Allen, who predeceased her on April 21, 2003. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Mascarenhas and her husband Joseph, her two granddaughters, Amanda Leigh and Kelsi Mae Mascarenhas, all of Hyde Park.  Also survived by her son in law Daryl Magill, Stuart, Florida. Her sister Margaret Dantinne and husband Russell as well as several nieces and nephews also survive her. Audrey worked at Western Printing Publishing Company, Poughkeepsie, NY and then later worked with her husband, Billy at Busy Bills Services Station in Stanfordville, NY.  She was very active in the Stanford Firehouse Ladies Auxiliary for many years and a member of the Stanford Forever Young Club. She enjoyed traveling with her husband until he passed. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and family gatherings. She also enjoyed all of her friends at the firehouse and at the boat club. She was always ready to listen to music and dance and visit with family and friends. Audrey was predeceased by her daughter, Debra Magill on March 27, 2015. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Dorothy Juranic and Esther Byers. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Roger, Walter, Ralph, Raymond, and George. The family would like to thank the staff at The Martin County Kane Center in Stuart, Florida for a wonderful adult program. The family also would like to thank the staff of the 2ND floor as well as the recreation staff at The Pines for all of their dedication and compassion to Audrey. The love and care  they gave to her was very comforting.  We also want to thank her nurse Jean for the care and the support during these difficult final years. There will be no calling hours.  A graveside service  will take place Friday September 10th at 10:30Am at Stanford Cemetery, 5946 Rte. 82, Stanfordville, NY 12581.
